Senior year: the time when you get asked 1,200,220 times, “So what are you plans after graduation?” or, “Do you know what you’re doing with your life?” For most college seniors it is a DAUNTING question. We actually spend most of our time around family and friends dodging these questions!

The past three years of my life has been dedicated to my very small Bible college – SAGU Valor, and loved each moment, roommate (the best I knew how), all my great mentors (Shout out to Dr. Ron and Mrs. Ashlee), and all the hard sticky places in between. Going into my fourth and final year I have been nothing short of amazed at all God has done in and around me. He has given me immense opportunity and favor among those surrounding me, blessed me with an amazing job, and so much more. It has been the time of my life, and this is just the start of my senior year.

THANKFULLY, I was only plagued with answering the dreaded senior question for 32 days. Yes, you correctly read that. Yes, this means what you think it means. Yes, I know what I am going to do with my life (DANCE BREAK), and it starts with an eleven month journey on the mission field visiting eleven different countries with the World Race!!!

The World Race is an opportunity to backpack across the globe and be the hands and feet of Jesus. This means some months I may have the privilege to teach an English class, work with sex trafficking victims, build and plant churches, lead worship, pray for the sick, feed the hungry, help the hurting, love on orphans, make disciples in a local church, or whatever is needed in the region we are placed. I know that God has called me and is preparing me for such a time as this, to lead, love, live, and give, with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, to partner with the World Race in efforts to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ by any means.

My heartbeat has been for God’s world since the fourth grade. I have known for twelve years that my life will be given to ‘Go.’ Now I that know the Lord’s hand is upon this next season and I could not be more excited!! Join with me on this journey, whether by financial partnership or prayer, and keep your eyes peeled for my blogs and updates!! I appreciate all of you who have helped open my ears to God’s will for my life, thank you.
