I will eventually find the one I am going to marry, but for now, I have found one of my passions…
This week I had the opportunity to join and be a part of
something way bigger than myself. I helped serve a vision, with The World Race,
to bring men and women in my generation to eat at a table that some will not.
This week I witnessed some of my generation come together at
a training camp, and become broken in the arms of Christ, to become empowered
with the person of the Holy Spirit, and to become mobilized to take part in
bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to this earth. Christ followers of different denominations came together
this week and got messy with God. Some experienced TRUE freedom in their lives that they never new
existed. Many went so deep in worship that the fear of man broke off almost instantaneously. Some were challenged so deep in their Spirit, that they were
able to embrace being uncomfortable for the sake of a new depth of intimacy
with our Heavenly father. Some
chose to sit at the table and let their doctrine of “I know all about this” and
“I was taught that,” in order, to be challenged past their own experience in to
the realm of “God may show up like this“, or “the Holy Spirit can not be
contained to my own experience.”
I am crazy enough to believe, with ALL OF MY HEART, that my
generation is the generation to see this world changed and transformed by the LOVE of God.
Monday starts my official first day of partnering with The
World Race as an apprentice, and serving a vision way bigger than myself. It
starts the beginning of a new chapter, where my “I” will be so much bigger than
myself. When I say “I“, it will be the voice of my generation! I still need
$7,800, about $1,500 a month, for this first six months on staff with The World
Race. I have an immediate need to raise $1,000 by this Monday, the 25th,
in order, to start this next season that God is calling me to. I am looking for
people who will partner with me regularly to really enable me to pour out into
my generation I need people to catch the vision, of supporting something bigger
than myself–to support the generation “I” am speaking and interceding for!
