This blog has the most views and up until now there was nothing on it. So with out further ado here is a little bit about me.
• My name is Jordan Flemate. To some I am known as JoJo, Jordi, Jordie, JorJor, Jo, and Miss Jordan. • I am 23 years old.
• I have never owned my own house or apartment, but I have lived in 10 different countries. The idea of settling down somewhere scares me. The idea of living on my own does not sound appealing at all. It sounds boring and lonely.
• I have never had a full time job or steady income, but I have been a construction worker, evangelist, artist, daycare worker, temporary mom, social worker, camp counselor, undercover cop, prayer interceder, house cleaner, cook, musician, personal assistant, and teacher. Through the emotional, financial support, and prayers of my fantastic friends and family members my crazy dreams, and endeavors have been supported.
• I do not have a husband, fiancé, or even a boyfriend, but I have fallen in love hundreds of times. The Lord has romanced me over and over again. When I need it the most He shows me sunsets, stars, and children. I see Him in the people around me. Until the time is right I choose for those things to be enough.
• I have no kids because sometimes I am still a kid myself. I am sensitive and can be annoying and clingy. I love playing games, climbing trees, and eating popsicles. I believe that having a childlike faith is very important. I try to dance through life as it comes. I like when my hair is different colors and styles and when my outfit includes glitter. I sing songs in my room at the top of my lungs and I have ridiculous dreams that I have not lost faith in achieving. I believe in Neverland, fairytales, and happy endings.
• I don’t have a best friend. It’s hard to choose just one when all of your friends are the most incredible people in the entire world. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for my friends. I have friends from all over the country and all over the world and think that that is pretty awesome.
• I am “Anything But Ordinary”. I am a weird one. Don’t try to figure out my personality unless you want to end up utterly confused. I don’t fit in any sort of box. I don’t have very many distinctive personality traits. A list of bullet points doesn’t begin to describe the person I am.
Through the things that set me apart I am really still the same as you. I am just a girl trying to discover my place in this crazy world. I am trying to discover Gods calling for me and waiting in anticipation. In the meantime He is taking me on a journey. He is teaching me more and more about myself as well as this crazy world He has made.
Journey with me…..?
