My Team – Spicy Mustard
Spicy Mustard is the group of 7 who I'll be spending the majority of the next 11 months of my life with. The name came from Taralah Neff, who shared some little known facts about mustard seeds. While many of us know the parable of the mustard seed, some may not know it's history. Years ago, only those who knew how to control mustard and it's growth were allowed to plant it, otherwise it would literally grow uncontrollably. The best equivalent I could come up with is Kudzu (It's a southern thing, don't be ashamed if you have to google it).
With this uncontrollable growth in mind, we hope that not only will our faith be like mustard seeds, but the manifestation and ultimate fruition of that faith will spread across the whole world as uncontrollably as the plant itself grows. And as for the spicy?? Everyone needs some more spice to their life!!

Leader – Brandon Boyd:
All my life I have been living for myself and recently I came to a personal revelation. If He died for me, why am I not living for Him. That's my mission! I am going to live for Jesus in everything I do. The World Race came at the perfect time. They have purpose, structure, and most importantly, love. I see the Race as a launch pad for my new lifelong quest of giving my life to Him. I could also see myself working with the World Race for a long time. Yep, they are amazing! I recently got to meet a lot of them and they blew my mind. Papa has also blessed me with an awesome group of world changers that I will be living with for the next 11 months. I hope this helped and that you will continue to follow our team as we further His kingdom and spread His love.

I am quickly becoming the person of faith that I’ve always wanted to be. I am about to go on a journey that will challenge me in ways that I will have no choice but to fall on my face before my father. I cannot wait to carry this through and be pleasing in God’s eyes.
