A theatre artist passionate about the power of storytelling, missions was never on Jonathan’s mind… until God called him. Jonathan Hogue is a 2015 graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Writing. A resident of Suwanee, GA, he recently spent a year living on the Upper West Side of New York City, where he worked full-time as an arts administrator for the Joffrey Ballet School while engaging with the arts scene of NYC. While he loves to perform, his dream is to one day manage a professional theatre company that will produce prophetic, Holy Spirit inspired plays on Broadway which will impact thousands of people from around the world.
Besides his work on the stage, Jonathan has an insatiable passion for the world. Having spent four years of his childhood on mission in Nicaragua, he has a deep love for cultures and getting to engage with people from all walks of life. His desire to see people set free by the heart of the Father has recently drawn him deeper into a passion for missions. He loves to work with children, and enjoys discipling teens and young adults especially through the arts. He loves to sing, write, dance, and engage with people in expressive ways. He is excited about seeing the world, listening to God’s voice, and obeying Him wherever that voice leads. He has a deep desire for adventure, and boldly steps out into whatever God calls him to in this next season.
