For the very last month on the world race, we worked in Moldova! Moldova was a great country to be in! I felt well loved there and God is going to do something huge! Now before knowing that I would be going to Moldova back in the summertime, I had no idea where that country was! I had no idea that there was even a country named Moldova!
However, Moldova did end up being a great place for our team. The city where we did ministry was called Ocinta! It was a very small town, yet very lovely. I felt that the people there were friendly and excited to have us there. For the first week of ministry our team worked an English camp! There were played lots of soccer and more soccer, as well as run the camp and taught the children a bible story to work out. We also taught them songs and games. The next week we went to a school, and had a Q&A session with the children. It was blast I really enjoyed myself!
To most people in Moldova it seemed to be a hopeless place! That was the attitude there in which our ministry contact had told us! For me it was special to have a chance to speak life into that place and bring hope into that town! I loved the people there and they were very kind!!! It was a great last country to end on!
