As for the ministry in Uganda it was much needed. I loved getting to visit schools and share about Christ with children!!  Also we painted buildings and sanded walls until our arms were sore. Staying with us in our houses were three really cool women that served us!! They spent all of their time with us and completely gave up themselves and what they wanted to make sure we were taken care of!! It was hard to leave them because they were part of us!!

Our last week of ministry in Uganda we spent at a children’s home call The Potter’s house!! It was a joy to be there!!! The children were awesome and we had the pleasure of working on a playground with the team there!! We got to paint and sand a boat as well as build a car!!! That’s right they ask us to build a toy car out of wood!! I was like “Yes, this is Africa!!!” At the same time I was like “No this is Africa!!!’ Building a car was much harder than anticipated!! We had horribly wood and not all the tools we need! Thus, we just go to build the bottom from of the car!! Not the best job but considering that we are not construction workers we did pretty good!!

That was the rest of Uganda!! Then, it was the time that we have all been waiting for!!! We were so excited to go to Ireland for the Awakening Conference!! Ireland was surely a beautiful place and it was nice to see the scenery and the spectacular buildings! The city was very lively and it was a breath of fresh air!!! During this time all of the squads that were out on the race got to get together and worship the Lord for a few days!!

It was a much desired experience and the worship leaders for the week were divinely appointed by God!! I have never loved worship so much and the songs really reached out to me and I was moved by them!!!
