Wow. I’m not even sure where to start or what to say. The numerous things that the Lord has revealed to us and spoken to us have been…incredible. I wish I could sit here and type out every little detail about it all but that could possibly take an eternity (though I wouldn’t say “no” to a coffee date some time if any of you would be interested in hearing all about these fun things)!
Through a lot of patience, prayer, waiting, listening, revelations, prophesies, and discernment, the Lord is leading us on the next adventure with Him and we have recently made the commitment to return back to beautiful Lake Swanzey, New Hampshire to be a part of the full-time Camp Squanto team once again and we couldn’t be more excited!
This will be another leap of faith for us because we are moving back to NH without a job for Jon right now. Normally, we would be freaking out and stressing over having to live off of one salary and honestly probably would’ve looked elsewhere for other job opportunities to secure ourselves financially. But you know what? Jesus.
Through the clarity and direction He has given us, we are confident that this is where He wants us and our provision does not come from a pay check- it comes from Him. We’ve decided to allow space for Holy Spirit to move and grow in our lives and to provide for us by our trust and reliance in Him. This is new territory for us but Christ has given us peace about it and we are so excited!
Along with this direction, He’s revealed countless things to both Jon and I during these last 12 months and one of those things is His desire to continue using me in teaching and discipleship (help me, Jesus). Not just with my voice but with written words that He’s given me to share. Someday down the road, I will be writing a book but for right now, I will continue to blog for the purpose of His glory and for the purpose of sharing what He shows me (maybe even throw in a cooking blog or two)!
