I would like you all to meet my team. The five amazing members of my squad that I will be serving with.
I love my whole squad with all of my heart, but I have these five in a special place in my heart.
They are the ones I will be living with, praying and crying with. The ones I will share everything I have with for the next 11 months. I would do anything for them.

First is James Woodley- He was kind of quiet when I first meet him, but when we both spent an entire afternoon keeping a fire going and cooking the food for our team during a campout in the woods by the lake. We had kind of a bonding (Something about men and a fire that make them brothers)
But that is not all. That night I woke up and was freezing, so I went to the fire and he was there trying to get it going. We worked together to get it going and so we decided to sleep near the fire.
James went to sleep, so I stayed up to keep the fire going (Long story short, we were like long lost brothers after that night)
This guy is my team leader, and he is the right man for the job. He thinks everything through, and comes up with great plans and ideas. But most of all this guy will talk to you if you need it, he will make sure you are ok with anything that is going on and always ask for our views on the matter.
All in all I am glad I will be serving the Kingdom alongside this man.

Next is Micah Higgins- She is one of my amazing sisters that I will be living with for the year.
She has an amazing heart and will jump right into a challenge, and can make things happen.
I had talked to here a few times on Skype before camp but I really did not know her.
Now I can say she has a heart for everyone, and she can dance to ha-ha.
At one of our “P” Squad dance parties she jumped right into it and had sort of a dance off.
But that just showed she had courage to jump out and have fun.
She also told me she can play the guitar, so I will do my best to bring one so we can all worship every chance we get!! I also have to tell you all about one of the team building exercise we did where we had to flip a towel when 7 of us where on it. She saved me from falling by grabbing my shirt collar. It did choke me a little but, I did not fall!!
I am looking forward to taking on the world with this amazing sister I have in Christ!!

Now for Emily Milroy aka “Mom”- I have to say, she is definitely going to be the mom of our team.
She is always doing, well mom things lol, but the one thing she did was bring about 100 crosses to camp for our whole squad, and helped put together a love offering for Mrs. Patti!!
When we went to Atlanta for some ministry work she was so open and friendly to everyone we talked to. She would jump right into a conversation with anyone.
Her heart is so full of love that it is over flowing and just drowns us with love.(That is a good thing, just so you know) I am looking forward to having her read us bed time stories and tucking us in at night.
Bringing the Kingdom with this wonderful lady will be a blessing!!

Next in line is Kara Graham- This woman is a workout machine!! I will come back from this trip in the best shape of my life! She jumped right into the exercise talk and even got some circuits together over night! She is open about everything she does, and will jump into a conversation with anybody.
She made small crosses with 11 beads made from string to remind every team to pray for each other as a squad, and to keep our “P” Squad family bond strong. Also if you get the chance, ask her about the dancing spider!!
I cannot wait to see what workouts she has for us, and I am glad I get to serve God with her!

Now last but nowhere near least!! Alicia Tarjeft- This kid, man she is so loving and caring to everyone.
She will pour out her heart and then stop to listen to you do the same. She is funny as heck to, but I don’t think she knows it ha-ha.  It was amazing to watch her grow all this week, to be the amazing sister that she is. She is going to take our days when we feel down and turn it into joy and laughter.
Our team would not be whole without her on it. She is like the piece that holds us together.
I am so happy to bring the Kingdom with her, and exchange jokes all year as well!!

Well that is my team, I cannot wait to get to know them more so I can write 100 pages on each of them.
Check out their blogs as well, and follow them.
