Dear friends and supporters,
My squad and I made it successfully to Medellin, Colombia! Our team of 7 will be staying here at Ciudad Refugio for the month while the rest of the squad splits up to different parts of Colombia. Here is my team on the roof where we will be staying.
Our ministry for the month, Ciudad Refugio, does outreach to the homeless, has programs for assisting drug addicts and recovering alcoholics, as well as various programs and schooling for kids. I am very excited for this unique opportunity and grateful to be apart of and help this great organization. The people of Medellin have been incredibly kind and accommodating and I can’t wait to spend some time here to see what God has in His plan. I have no doubt this is exactly where I need to be right now. I want to thank everybody for their prayer and continued support while I’m out in the field. More updates to come!
