Not sure how to start or write a blog on what happened this past week at training camp. It was only a small portion of what this next 11 months will look like. In July, 200 of us will be taking the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations. The lame will be healed, the dead will rise and the blind will see. All through the power of Jesus Christ who lives in us. Here’s what happened.
1. G Squad wins Squad Wars

2. The Holy Spirit was present
During worship one night my eyes were closed and hands were raised while worshipping my Savior. My legs both started to tighten, then stomach and back and shoulders. My mouth had been sealed shut so I couldn’t speak and I had a feeling that of electricity surrounding me. After 24 years of life I had never experienced the Holy Spirit in this way. I knew God wanted me to just stand there silent and be still in His presence. You could just feel the Holy Spirit doing work throughout the whole week. The Lord wants to use us to change the world. He will use you if your willing.
3. Have fun
At the beginning of the week it rained for a couple days. You don’t get a lot of sleep throughout the week. But your surrounded by your brothers and sisters who you are gonna be doing life with for the next 11 months. Have fun. This week will be one of the best weeks of your life. The rain didn’t stop us, sleep deprivation couldn’t affect us and nothing could keep us from having a good time. Nothing like jumping in the lake late at night with your squad(who just won squad wars). Just spending time in fellowship and worshipping with all 4 squads will make training camp unforgettable. Have fun.
