If you asked me a week ago what my plans were after graduating high school, I would have told you that I was going on a 9 month mission trip to Central America, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Well… a lot can change in a week.

If you asked me today what my plans are after graduating high school, I would probably shrug my shoulders and say “I have no idea.”

Needless to say, I will not be on a plane bound for Central America in September. This season of my life has been hell, but I’ve put a doormat in front of it and made it home. I’ve fed my fears and depression to the point where they are a raging wildfire, threatening to take my life if they’re not put out. I’m in no condition to proclaim the love of a God that I don’t feel loved by anymore. I’m in no spot to tell people who they are in Christ when I’m struggling to know my own identity. Due to everything that’s going on, I won’t be launching in September. While it was not my ultimate decision, I agree and accept it. If you donated to me, thank you. Your money will still go toward Adventures in Missions to make mission trips happen. If you simply read a blog or gave an encouraging word, thank you.

This is goodbye.
