Outreach has been postponed again. Made cookies for Kate’s birthday instead.

After lunch, I went to the hospital. For once, it was not for my own personal injuries. On Tuesday and Thursday, I go to provide some relief for the caretakers there. The caretakers are relatives or close friends of the people in the hospital and they do the bathing and feeding for the patient. They are there until the person heals, so it could be a long while to stay. We come with games so their stay can be a bit more enjoyable. Chinese checkers quickly became popular when Noah and I played it.

Went out to the noodle man again, but got poured rain on as we biked back home. Really hard to stay dry in this monsoon season. If it isn’t the rain, the sweat drenches you. I’m glad we have bikes though. Otherwise, a lot of our ministry opportunities wouldn’t exist.
