After breakfast, I watched Netflix to avoid spending money in town. Had lunch with the squad leaders to just hang out and talk.
Rich got the guys together, and we had a chat about what it takes to be a leader. Was very good for me, and reminded me of what I need to be aware of with my position. The key points that stuck in are that I may not always be the go to guy even if I want to be, and that preparation is important. Too often I want to have all the answers and I’m not a fan of planning every little detail.
