Last day of scheduled ministry in Cambodia. Worked on clearing the field some more. The bulldozer helped, but there seems to be centuries worth of tiles and garbage buried in the sandy dirt. Burned some trash in gas one last time too. Won’t be missing the smell of that smoke.
Packed up all my things even though we leave in two days. Gotta make sure everything is accounted for and that it all will still fit in my bag. After, headed to KFC with Noah one last time since he hadn’t had the chance to go yet. Might not get the opportunity in Honduras.
For a while, I have had this goal of collecting 100 Riel bills, and was hoping to get $5 worth. Instead, I got $6.5, and now I have a brick of hundreds in my bag I plan to bring home. (The conversion rate is 100 Riel equals about $0.025). Not sure what I will do with all of it. I’ve used it as toilet paper once before since it is so close to nothing. Kinda puts in perspective how worthless a physical dollar actually is.
