First full day in Honduras and I’m super excited. Big transition from the hot to the cool weather. The guys woke up early so we went on a stroll through town to check out the place. It is so nice to not see trash lying around on every person’s doorstep in a burning heap. The air is clean, the sky is actually blue, and there are trees larger than bushes. Hills are everywhere, and the views are beautiful whichever way you look. Love the place.
When we got back, we rode around in the back of David’s truck doing odd jobs. After, we went on another town tour with his wife Scarlet and bought some machetes on the way. Going to need them to help cut wood for our nightly fires. Also made it to this place called Eden not too far from the house where they sell Dr. Pepper. Honduras is a keeper.
