Well I am sitting in the airport waiting to head to Guatemala. The beginning of a new adventure is about to begin flight….(pun intended). It has been a long time coming but it is finally here. And it is only because the love and support from you all. So know I genuinely mean it when I say thank you. I look forward to sharing the many new stories ill have in the next 11 months.
Thought I’d update you on the newest route change. We are not going to India anymore and instead are head to Cambodia. I was kinda bummed because I was really looking forward to India but know whatever God has in store is SO much better.
So we had launch the past week and God has been moving in huge ways. I started launch peeing my pants just thinking how I am not ready at all for this. Then add on top of that the responsibility that comes with being a team leader, plus voluntarily leaving friends, family, and a wonderful girlfriend. Which I’d like to add she makes my heart melt knowing how lucky I am. You add all those factors together and you get chaos and uncertainty. Questions come up like What the heck am I doing? Why am I here? But through my doubts and irrational thoughts of not being good enough. God showed up. He revealed his true colors, again, like he always does. I witnessed my team go from a small community that had similar thoughts on the love of the father. To becoming a close intimate family that had a willingness to challenge one another to grow deeper. I wish I could continue telling the resotration and the beautiful truths that He revealed to us but I got to catch my plane!
