1) My name is Joan Elisabeth Moore
2) I have 4 brothers, 1 sister-in-law, and 1 neice
3) My parents are my biggest supporters
4) When I was younger I wanted to be a fashion designer
5) I am 5'6
6) I have blonde hair and blue eyes
7) I slightly feel like I'm writing a personal ad
8) I was home schooled through almost all of elementary school
9) I attended a Christian school in amish country (Kidron, OH) from 7th-9th grade
10) I transfered to Tuslaw High School in 10th grade, and that's where I graduated from
11) I attended Kent State University for 3 years as a pre-nursing major
12) Never actually got accepted into nursing school
13) I grew up with a golf coarse in my back yard
14) My brothers and I used to take our water balloon launcher and launch them at golfers
15) We also used to collect the golf balls the golfers lost and then tried to sell them back to them
16) Once we tried to turn my gymnastics mat in our basement into a slip-n-slide by hosing it down (it didn't work)
17) Soccer is my favorite sport
18) Followed by football
19) I played soccer most of my life
20) There are approximately 70 people on my mom's side of the family
21) Family get togethers are really crazy and fun
22) I have asthma
23) I'm severely allergic to latex and shellfish
24) I suffer from severe migraines
25) When I was in the 10th grade I had one migrain that lasted for 5 months
26) During that time was when God called me to devote my life to missions
27) I attended modeling school when I was 15
28) I have broken both ankles twice
29) I have broken almost every bone in my left leg
30) This past summer was the worst time I ever broke my leg, I had to have 2 surgeries, and it took 12 weeks to heal
31) I am extremely self-confident. I know who I am, I love myself, & I will never apologize for that!!
32) God used that injury to get my attention and let me know that I wasn't listening or following His plan for me
33) During this time God really directed me towards AIM, specifically The World Race
34) I have never been more stoked and nervous in my life than I am to go on The World Race
35) In 2006 my youth group went to Mexico for 2 weeks with AIM
36) That mission trip was the happiest I have ever been in my life
37) I am determined to return to Mexico one day
38) I love ethnic food, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, ect.
39) I could honestly eat mexican food everyday for the rest of my life and be completely happy
40) In the 9th grade I was the sports trainer for my high school soccer team
41) I would rather wear a dress or skirt over pants any day
42) When I was little I always wanted a sister
43) I am so glad I never had a sister, because I love being an only girl, I never had to share anything
44) I love to sing and I'm actually quite good at it
45) I have crippling stage fright
46) I struggle with my shyness, but you would never know it
47) My favorite book is The Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne (I highly recommend that everyone reads it)
48) My biggest role model (other than Jesus) is Ghandi
49) I absolutely love music, everything about it fascinates me
50) I'm not a strong writer, unless it requires research
51) I have a hard time sharing my feelings
52) I consider myself kind of a tomboy
53) I don't like romantic movies
54) I have never seen Titanic or The Notebook
55) I love art, photography is my favorite
56) I love to cook
57) I have always wanted to run a homeless shelter
58) I find everything about microorganisms incredibly fascinating
59) I love British Literature, poems, plays, ect
60) When I was 13 I spent the entire summer reading The Complete Works of Shakespeare for fun
61) My favorite Shakespeare play is Macbeth
62) My least favorite Shakespeare play is Romeo & Juliet
63) Basically I love to learn
64) I am a Christian & a Democrat
65) I want to put my hair in dreads while on the world race
66) I have a one-eyed chihuahua
67) Her name is Tinkerbell (not my choice) and she is 6lbs.
68) I used to have a 140lbs. Golden Retreiver named Zeke (coolest dog ever)
69) I don't really like cats and cats don't really like me either
70) I have a Beauty & The Beast comforter that I have had since I was 3 years old
71) I cannot bring myself to grow up enough to get rid of my blanket
72) I love to be barefoot
73) I love warm weather
74) I also love to ski, my family used to go every year
75) I love sharks, I think they are the most complex & intelligent animals
76) I don't like dolphins, well more like I don't trust them
77) When I was 16 I begged my mom for like 6 months to let me go to South Africa and become a surrogate mother to orphaned baboon babies
78) I think it would be so awesome if I could have monkey feet
79) I have never had campbell's chicken noodle soup
80) I never had bought bread until I was 12 years old
81) I love amish peanut butter (if you don't know what it is or have never had it your life isn't complete)
82) I am a terrible procrastinator
83) I have ADHD (I believe it adds to my charm)
84) I have a photographic memory
85) I don't like reality tv shows
86) I work as a sales associate at a maternity store & I'm also a receptionist at my dad's law office
87) I have always wanted to skydive and jump off a cliff into the water
88) If I have a choice I will never step foot on a ladder
89) I love roller coasters
90) I live 20 minutes away from the football hall of fame & about an hour away from the rock & roll hall of fame, but I have never been to either
91) I love being in my car and driving, whether by myself or with others on a road trip
92) I'm constantly worrying I won't raise the funds for this trip, the patience has been a true test of my faith
93) I am a total goofball
94) I love to dance, I do it all the time for no particular reason
95) I love mushroom, not necessarily to eat but just in general
96) I spend my life trying to show others love the way I have been shown love, unconditionally
97) I love diet coke, by far my biggest vice
98) I love 80's teen movies, The Breakfast Club is my favorite
99) I separate my skittles by color, & then eat them from most to least
100) This list was a lot harder than I expected, & while writing out this list I realized how truly weird I am….I'm ok with it!!
