My apologies for the lateness of this post.  The last week has been fantastic here in Thailand as Joy and I were reunited with our comrades from Africa.  Joy and I were admittedly a little apprehensive about meeting back up with them, after all we were exhausted from our month of travel (literally every three days we moved) and meeting countless contacts and handling hundreds of details.

That being said, the arrival and eventual dispersion to ministry sites has been almost flawless (praise the Lord!).  Joy is down in Phuket Thailand for the time being and today I leave with Andrew and Spano from Salt and Jake and Eric from Agapetos for the rural village of Kanchanaburi.  Joy and I were fortunate enough to visit this place last month and it’s beautiful!  Our hope is to do some construction projects, helping herd and care for the goats on site and assist with any evangelistic and church planting efforts our contacts (Arun and Bang) might need help with.  It’s a MAN TRIP and we’re psyched!

I won’t lie, I absolutely love Asia.  It’s given me a total second wind for this trip.  I’m intrigued by the formality of the culture, the religious and historical background of the people group and the fairly new methodologies to which we must adapt given these changes.  It’s intriguing and

so until then!

Sawatdee Khrap!
