My name is Jillian; which means youthful in case you were wondering. I am 23 years old and currently employed as a barista at Starbucks. Ironically enough, I’m not much of a coffee drinker! I’m a fan of Diet Dr. Pepper, (I consider it liquid gold) make-up tutorials, cats, puns, and Royals baseball. I consider myself awkward but I love that about myself.
My passion for missions started on my first trip to Juarez Mexico in 2008. Since then I have taken multiple trips abroad and fallen in love with the idea of being a missionary in a third world country. . . I’m hoping that the desire of missions the Lord has placed on my heart turns into a full time career!
This next chapter of my life is the WorldRace—a missions trip to eleven different countries over 11 months. This blog will be used to keep you updated on: my financial status, specific prayer requests, and what the Lord is doing and placing on my heart. During my travels, my blog will provide you with updates on my exact location and the ministry I will be doing life with for the month.
