So it’s official. I am off the wait list and I have decided. I am going on the world race. But now comes the hard part: fundraising. Every day I wake up and think, “ok, how is this even going to be possible?!” But then I remember this: God is in control of my life and in control of this time.
Well first, let me tell you this: I am going on this crazy around the world mission trip and I’m super excited about it. While on this trip I will be somewhat unplugging from the busyness of life and plugging into God in a way I have never before. I think this is the part I am most excited about. I will learn to rely so much more on God and those he will place around me in this journey.
I am not exactly sure what I will be doing over the 11 months, but I do know that we will be making an impact for God’s kingdom around the world.
When you donate, it is not just helping me travel the world sharing Jesus with people. The money I raise will go towards meals, lodging, air, land, and sea travel, administrative costs, set-up costs, coaching costs, debriefing costs, and training camp costs.
So here are my deadlines and my total fundraising goal is: $16,962.
1. September 30: $3,900
2. December 18: $10,000
3. FEBRUARY 29, 2016: $13,000
