Hola! I’m Jillian! I am 17 and live in Calgary, Alberta where I go to Bearspaw Christian School!Here I live with my mom, and dad, as well as my 14 yearold sister, 7 yearold brother, and my puppy. Our life is a good example of controlled chaos, but I would not want it any other way.
Departing September 2015, I will be packing up my life here in Canada for 9 months, and heading out into the world on the World Race Gap Year! I am excited, and afraid all at the same time, but I am trusting that God will work wonders in my life and the lives of those around me!
10 Facts about Miss. Jillian Lucy Janzen:
1) I really can’t speak Spanish as well as I think I can, even though I like to add random Spanish words into everyday conversations.
2) I hate wearing socks, but I am always cold, so I have to persevere through the discomfort.
3) My true talent is drinking ridiculous amounts of tea in one day.
4) I love elephants,
5) And the color pink.
6) My not so secret dream is to be Taylor Swift when I grow up. Except singing is not a skill, at all.
7) When I’m sick I google my symptoms, and more often than not diagnose myself with a brain tumor and bronchitis.
8) When faced with an awkward situation I do this little dance thing, which only makes the awkward situation worse.
9) I like to laugh a lot, especially at times when I should not be laughing.
10) I am too Disney obsessed for my own good, but I got that quality from my mama.
