This month has been incredible. The Lord has taught me how to rest in Him, but He has also taught me how to really cherish the people around me and to enjoy community. He has helped our team grow together spiritually, and He has given us a chance to really have fun together.
Since the Lord has allowed me to value having fun this month, I want to invite you to play a game with me.
It is nearing the end of October and my next deadline of $11,000 is coming up on December 1st. As of right now my account sits at $7,600. That means I have a little over a month to see $3,400 come in.
Meeting the deadline means actually having the money in my account by December 1st. To explain a little better, checks that are mailed in take about two weeks to process and make their way into my account. That means the latest a check can be mailed in to guarantee being in my account in time is November 17. If you would like to give online, it usually takes about 4 days to process, meaning you would need to send in the money by November 27.
Now that I’ve explained that, I’ll get to the fun part, I am going to challenge you to help me fill 125 slots. You can pick any number from 1 to 125, in fact you can pick more than one number if you would like.
Once you pick a number you can either comment on this blog, contact me through the tab to the left, or send me a Facebook message with the number or numbers you have picked so I can keep track of which numbers you have taken. Then you send in the dollar amount to match the number(s) you have picked.

If all of you can help me fill every slot, not only would I reach my December deadline, but with the combination of monthly donors and filling these slots, I would be fully funded for March 1st.
I know that the Lord has called me to this Race for the entire 11 months. He has promised to provide the full amount needed for me to stay and I choose to believe Him.
