Month 8 in Costa Rica has officially come to a close as I get ready to fly out for Jamaica on Tuesday!
This past month we’ve been busy working with Zoe church in San Pedro de Barva. When we arrived we were asked to reach the community with the love of God. We began everyday praying and asking the Lord what he wanted from us. That varried from ministering to people at the local coffee shop, visiting the horse farm, onion farm, local smoothie shop, to straight up evangelizing in the parks and knocking on doors. We got to know a TON of people in the community and see over 20 people accept Christ!
We evangelized throughout the day, and then in the evenings invited the church to participate in different activities from worship in the parks, prayer walking, and handing out encouragements. We were also able to help with the youth group, host a field day, volunteer in the local school, host a women’s night, work in the local recycling plant, and host a community festival!
I also had my passport lost/stolen this month, so that was an experience checking out the US embassy, hence the clip of me being excited about my new passport ha I’ve added my video from this month as well as a video from our community festival!
Thank you for the continued prayers, enjoy!
