Hello everyone!!!

Thank you for taking some time to read this! A little before coming back from the world race, when I was in my last country; South Africa. I saw on the internet how much suffering Syrian refugees were having all while trying to find refuge.
They cross the Aegean Sea in tiny little rafts, in the middle of this cold winter, risking their lives, leaving their homes, because home is no longer a safe place to live. ISIS is a huge part of why they are fleeing their homes, they go and try to recruit people, and if people refuse to join them, they get killed. Situations such as these, and wars have forced people to leave their homes.

Their stories, their struggles have completely touched my heart. And When I came home in November, God continued to put this on my heart. And I felt torn because I had just come home from a long mission trip, and what if I had to leave once again? How can I raise money once again? My heart was torn and troubled. However… God reminded me that His plans are better than mine, and that He would take care of me while at home, and while on the mission field once again.
I decided to say yes to God and obbeyed the tug that He put in my heart for these refugees, to go and help in any way that I can. To be a helping hand and to show them God’s love, even if that is just through a smile.
I am honored that I get to do this. I don’t know exactly how hard it will be, what will I see, or how will I feel while I’m there. But what I do know is that God has always been my strength, and He has promised that He will never leave me, nor forsake me. And I just want to be able to show them God’s love, and compassion; help them out in any way that I can, and honor God through all of this.
My church has been amazing, and they have supported me greatly. I am part of a body of Christ who loves me so much and is always supporting me.
However, as you can imagine, personal expenses and other financial needs are also part of this. If you can, please consider donating. It will be a blessing. If you can’t, I appreciate every warm though and mainly prayers too please!! You can donate here, or through my PayPal account at [email protected]

Many people risks their lives and cross waters to find refuge

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.” Matthew 25:35-36
