Just wanted to let you all know that we may be out of pocket for a few weeks. We actually have been in L.A. for the past two days on our journey to Nicaragua. At first I was a little hesitant to be back in the U.S. before the end of the year, but it has turned out to be a great little pit stop. Trips to Target, REI, Old Navy, and a quick lunch at Chili’s proved to be more of a blessing than expected.
We leave in the morning at 8am Pacific time to fly to Miami connecting to Managua, Nicaragua. For the next 3 to 4 weeks, the majority of our squad will be on the Gulf coast doing hurricane relief. Followed by two more months of treking around Central America to see what God has in store. I will attempt to keep you updated this month, but we have been told that internet is not likely while on the coast.
Pray for us as usual…also pray that my Spanish skills return to me quickly!
