Wow guys. It’s my last month on the race. I can’t believe that ten months have come and gone already. As I prepare for home, I still want to stay focused for this last stretch and season of my life.
For our last month, our squad has been given the opportunity to chose what we want to do. With prayer, we can decide if the Lord is calling us to stay in Costa Rica, or go back to Panama.

As I prayed about what I am called to do, I have decided to stay in Costa Rica and pursue relationships and friendships already made here. I’ll be continuing to make house visits to the women a part of Transforma, in areas around San Jose.
I’m also excited to pursue dance as an alternative form of worship. I’m not sure how the Lord will open doors, but I’m confident that at some point this month, I’ll teach my gift of dance to children and jump around with joy!
I also want to continue pursuing friendships made at a local church here in San Jose. Basically, this month I get to focus on relationships. I’m excited about what this month has to offer and what doors the Lord will open for me!
Please continue to pray for Nicaragua. Pray for doors to be opened during my last month here and for my future months home.
It’s my last month on the race, but is it really? Do we ever really finish the race while here on this earth?
