7. Why did you decide to go on the World Race?

8. Which country are you most excited for?
This is a really hard question. I never really imagined going to these countries before. While I’m glad that for the countries in South America I already speak the language, I guess I would say that I am most excited for the countries we are going to in Africa because I think culturally it’s going to be so different from what I’ve ever experienced.
9. How do your parents/family feel about you going?
They are excited for me that I get to go to this. From my mother specifically: This is a dream for her as a parent to see her child go into missions. She trusts God that he put this in my heart and made this path for me and so is not fearful for me.
- Are you planning on being a full time missionary?
That’s difficult to say at this time. I don’t know yet what lies in store for me after the World Race or what my perspective on life is even going to be after I come back. I think a trip like this will give me an idea of what it is like and whether I would want to do this full time.
- How are you doing with fundraising?
I’m about 2,000 away from my next goal of 10,000 by December 21. If you haven’t already, would you consider donating toward my goal? You can do so here!
