Hello everyone! Sorry it has been so long since I posted a blog. That is by no means an indicator that God isn’t working in my life or I am not preparing for the journey ahead; I just haven’t had any profound nuggets to share so I haven’t felt led to post anything.
That being said, I have a fundraising update for you all! As of today, I am 54% funded! I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated thus far. Fundraising has been an incredible experience of humbling myself and trusting God to provide for me, and it has been both spiritually and financially rewarding. I am so thankful to everyone who has donated in big and small ways, and so so thankful to each and every person who has prayed for me or sent me encouragement. You all mean the world to me and I couldn’t do this without you.
There is still time to donate if you haven’t yet had a chance! You can click the orange “Donate!” button at the top of the page or send a check made out to “Adventures in Missions” with “Appealed by Jessica Torres” in the memo line to P.O. Box 742570, Atlanta, GA 30374-2570.

and it comes in lots of different colors and styles! Orders will be taken through this Google Form until June 1st. Cash and check payments (made out to “Jessica Torres”) need to be sent to Jessica Torres, 1040A Lois Lane, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Prayer request: I’m in a season of personal discovery, transition, and transformation. I have so much to be thankful for, but I am struggling, too. I start counseling this week and I am looking forward to the growth and freedom and insight it will bring. Please be praying for the Holy Spirit to continue to minister me, teach me, lead me, and comfort me in this time. Thank you!
