Today has been such a great day! My team and I played a worship song at church this morning. We prayed for multiple and saw the Holy Spirit SHOW UP. And many of them asked us to pray for healing and saw improvement or saw the Lord totally answer their prayers right then! Then, we hopped in the van to go on house visits with Pastor John.
At our forst house, we met a 75 year old woman. She had kidney failure, heart disease, and lung disease. She became a Christian 7 years ago, but thought the Lord forgot about her. We prayed for her body and for the Lord to renew her faith in Him. We talked for a little while then left.
At the next house, Pastor John asked us to pray for a woman with chronic stomach pain. And, he told us that she did not believe in Jesus. We prayed for her to know the Lord, for Him to open her eyes and ears to His love, and for Him to heal her stomach. We prayed and then she prayed with Pastor John and accepted JESUS! INTO HER HEART FOR THE FIRST TIME! She said her stomach felt the same, BUT HER SOUL! Healed from sin and in Heaven forever! COME ON JESUS!
We talked with her and I showed her the gospel story from my Bible. We’re taking a Bible of her own later this month!!!
Look for her in Heaven. 🙂
And the we walked by a crepe stand. The Lord. You can’t outdo Him. He is, as my teammate Taylor says, “the ultimate best friend.”
And there’s still about 7 hours left in the day! I’ll keep you updated on what comes next.
