Hey there!!!
So a little about me…..
*My eyes are green.
*My birthday is 5 days before Valentine’s Day.
*I have taught Pre-K for five years and I love it!!! Even the days that are a struggle!!
*I live in Smyrna, TN which is about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.
*I would eat pasta everyday if I could because it is amazing!!!
*I am still in shock that I will be embarking on an 11 month mission trip to love on “the least of these” all around the world!!!
*I am also very blessed that I get to take this trip!!!
*I struggle with being more of an introvert which I am in constant prayer about and God is really bringing me out of my shell one baby step at a time!!!
*I haven’t always gone to church or thought I needed God in my life until He showed me differently.
*I realized I needed Him back in my life when there was a chain of disastrous events that took place and He was my support and comfort!!
*I love that through it all He showed me that He never left my side although there were times I was sure He did; But no, He was always there waiting for me to see that!!!
*God has provided for me in my weakest moments and proved time and time again that He is enough!!!
*Everyday I wake up and thank God for the blessings He has given me, and just when I think He doesn’t hear me, there He is, providing, comforting, whispering to my heart just how important I am to Him that He would send His son to take my place on the cross. That Jesus would come and stand in my place for all my shortcomings, all my failures, all my sins!!!
Once I realized that, my life became completely new and I am overwhelmed with gratitude!!!
