In case you haven’t discovered this from the hue of my recent posts, I LOVE to eat. From Mexican food to Spanish pastries, any of my good friends will tell you that all you have to do to get me excited is take me to a great restaurant. For most of my life, my family has been frequenters at our local La Parrilla off of Dallas Highway. Not only have I always love their salty authentic taste, they have always had impeccable service. Service to their customers, employees, and now their community. You’re probably wondering why I’ve decided to dedicate a blog post to the excellence that is La Parrilla, and trust me, it is for a good reason! One of my best friends from high school has recently married the man of her dreams. And since then, I have had the opportunity to get to know him a little and his passion for international missions. He works for La Parrilla, and told me about an opportunity that La Parrilla offers non-profit organizations. He said he wanted to help me raise money for the Race by having me participate in this opportunity. From my end, I have the incredible opportunity to sell these coupons to anyone for a suggested donation, and all of the profits go directly to my mission.
