this has to be a quick one…
so tonight we went back into the village where we have been ministering. this time we brought along the drama team from the church. laura loves drama. she joined right in as a clown and did a mime act with one of the church members. this village has the most children by far. and i think as soon as they see our hefty blue and white tank trucking down the road…they know we are coming to “play” ๐

so we all met together in this shelter area where they play “football” and played some games with the kids while the drama team prepared. they then sang some songs, did a couple skits, and then the Pastor gave a message. 3 people advanced to accept Christ and we also prayed over a baby who has a tumor ๐ one kid looked only about 12 and my heart just rejoiced as he made that commitment. another guy was struggling with anger in his marriage and knew “he needed to change things” we also prayed with his wife and encouraged her in her relationship with the Lord. God never ceases to amaze me. He is faithful and He provides. just observing the living conditions of some of the homes, no running water, roofs that leak, scare food…and yet watching them praise the Lord for what they have. its a good reality check.
before i forget….THANK YOU ALL for all the birthday messages! nothing makes my day more than hearing from you ๐
they are bootin us out of here…but i love you all bunches and will write more soon!!
XOXOXOXO
