I’ve been in Georgia
for over three weeks now. Serving at Training Camp for M, N, O and P Squads was
a blast the first week I was here.  Being a part of mobilizing over 220
young men and women to go spread the gospel to the nations was such a blessing
and a privilege.

The next week CGA officially started. I stepped into my apprenticeship at the
office and began to try and settle into a routine of sorts here in
Gainesville.

So far I absolutely love my job.  I’m working with a small team of
brilliant people that are working on improving our leadership training process
for our Squad Leaders.  Our Innovations Team has lots of other things in
the works as well that involve improving, streamlining and making things the
most efficient that they can be in the World Race program here at Adventures.

I’ve been spending time trying to get up to speed on things these past two
weeks so that I can be on the same page with everyone else.  I’m
definitely being challenged, but it’s so good!  I love being a part of
helping to better equip leaders to go out and take Hope to the nations.
The better equipped they are to lead, the more they can pour their energy out
onto the people around them and spur them on towards Christ.

I’m finding myself surrounded by people that love Jesus and that know how to do
their jobs excellently.  There’s such a delicate balance that needs to
happen in places where ministry and business are mixed.  If you turn one
direction and run you tend to forget about the other one, and that’s no
good.  I will say that I’ve been pleasantly surprised to get an inside
look at the way AIM runs things and have been very impressed.  Of course
they’re not perfect.  Let’s be real; there’s always room for
improvement.  But with their eyes fixed on Jesus they put their minds and
hands to work in practical ways to help bring God’s Kindgom to earth.

The main heart behind
our Innovations Team is to serve the rest of the organization.  We desire to do the things we’re already
doing with excellence, but also to begin to do new things.

I want to soak up all
that I can during this season, learning the professional side of things as well
as how to be Jesus-focused at the office and in every area of my life.  I feel that I’m in a pretty great place to do
that right now.

I love serving here
but my funding is still not where it needs to be.  I’m a few hundred dollars short of meeting
this month’s financial goal and still in need of people committed to giving
monthly.  Please pray about joining with
me as we continue to spread the Gospel to the nations!  Just click the “Support Me HEREâ€ link on the
left to get involved.  Thank you so
much!  I couldn’t do this without you!

Whatever you do, work at it with all your
heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
 since you
know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the
Lord Christ you are serving.
