For the past month have been staying in this wonderful oasis call Covenant School of Worship. This place is absolute amazing! During my stay here I have come to call a small room shared with 5-7 girls and one bathroom home. I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people and become friends several of the brothers that live at the school. The best part about this whole place is hands down the worship. Oh the worship!

Everywhere you go in this house is worship, prayer, praise, and thanksgiving. If you travel anywhere with the brothers or staff of CSOW there is always worship, prayer, praise, and thanksgiving. I have woken up to worship and fallen asleep to worship. There is so much peace in this place because the presence of God is so strong here. I have been in worship session that have felt like dance parties, worship where you are so in awe of God all you can do is sit there, worship where you are flat on your face before the Lord, and worship that turns into intercession. It is amazing.

There is so much joy and laughter here. There is so much life here. The people who are here and come through here are honest and raw. If they are struggling, they struggle. If they are sad, they are sad. If they are weeping, they weep with out shame. If they do something wrong they receive the proper discipline and take responsibility for their actions, quickly asking for forgiveness, genuinely apologizing, and move forward. They know who they are in Christ, they know where they have come from, and they whole heartedly give everything they are to the Lord. You can’t help but be effected because Jesus, God, and Holy Spirit are all over and in this place.

The staff at CSOW love with a love of Jesus. When you are here you are family. During my time here I have gotten two pretty hard pieces of news from home. They have loved me and prayed with me through both. They supported my decision to go home form my grandmother’s funeral, helping me arrange transportation and getting up at early hours to see me off, and welcomed me back with open arms, hugs, and many questions about my time home. I have been so blessed by this place.

I came to India tired and near burn out. I will be leaving India refreshed and full. CSOW is a treasure that lies quietly tucked away in the Jubilee Hills area. You would never know there was a School of Worship here unless you knew it was here. This has easily been my favorite place on the Race so far.

Please be praying for CSOW. Pray for there staff. Pray that they would have wisdom to lead and disciple the men and women who will come through here. Pray for their director Julie. Julie pours her life and soul into this place and all of the brothers here. Pray for wisdom as she helps shepherds these boys into men of God. Pray that Holy Spirit would guide her in all her decisions. Pray also for her heart. She truly has a mama’s heart for all the brothers here. Pray for the future students of CSOW. That the Lord would raise them up be worship leaders and world changers. Pray that as the lead India into worship that all of India would encounter the Father and have their hearts forever changed. Pray for spiritual protection for everyone. There is no shortage of attack, persecution, and spiritual warfare in India. Pray that the Lord would continue to guide them in battle and show himself faithful to them. Pray for blessings upon blessings and for the favor of the Lord to be on this house and all who enter it.
