My expectations (and prayers for this mission trip!) include:
1. Our team will live each day by faith in our Savior’s promise
2. I will grow spiritually…that I will turn to the Lord for everything-for assurance, for counsel & direction, for comfort and for peace.
3. That I will be a vessel completely rid of myself, and totally filled with Jesus…looking at people through His eyes, holding children with His arms, walking where His feet would walk. Serving for Him, by His direction, praying that I am following His will.
4. Fears will be diminished as we take our place behind our Leader, Jesus.
5. Our team will come together in amazing praise & worship, not only with each other, but with those who we meet along the journey all over the world.
6. There will be tears.
7. There will be laughter. Lots and lots of laughter!
8. My team will be unified out of complete love for each other and for Christ.
9. To see God reveal Himself to each person on my team like we have never see Him before, whether it be through the unforeseen hospitality of a complete stranger, the support from those least expected to give, through physical healing, for hope restored and through witnessing the impossible becoming possible
