Here we go…

Less then 48 hours in and I still don’t know where to begin.  A part of me truly feels as though the fact that I am on a plane headed halfway around the world has yet to fully sink in.   The seven weeks between the Ignition phase of training camp and our Launch phase in the Philippines couldn’t possibly have flown by any faster then they did.

EARLY Saturday morning, I left my beautiful family and hometown of Madison, WI to be reunited with my new World Race family at the airport in Los Angeles. After several hours of waiting and many joyful reunions, we boarded our very first plane together as a squad and began our 11-month World Race journey.
The excitement is settling in.   Finally, everything on the “TO DO” list that has been nagging me for the last couple weeks has been done or eliminated from the list all together.  So, let the race begin!  God only knows what the future has in store for G Squad, my team and me, however a few things are for certain: this is part of His will, it will rock our worlds, and it is going to be AMAZING!

Keep us in your prayers!
