It took 79 hours and 26 minutes 45 World Racers and 3 Squad Leaders to Mozambique!

Usually we don't get to stay with our whole squad so this was quite and experience.

Heres what that looked like. Keep in mind we had some down time waiting and whatnot.

13 hour flight from DC to Dubai. Lots of food was served, movies and tv shows watched, and cankles formed.

2 hour layover.

7 hour flight from Dubai to Johannesburg. Our plan was to stay awake for the flights so we can sleep on the bus rides but most of us ended up passing out on this flight.

8 hour bus ride to the Mozambique border (4 am)

5 hour wait to get all our Visas.

3 hour bus ride to Angie's house in Maputo.

1 night of rest. we ate, slept, worshipped, 10min bucket showered.

19 hour "bus" ride to Iris Ministries. Pretty much we all fit into two large vans.

I've heard this may be the worst of travel days and Mozambique is one of the hardest countries but you never know!- this is the attitude you need on the world race because expectations will most likely be..CRUSHED!
