we are getting ready to leave tomorrow morning at 7am. that is craziness i know. we are actually meeting at 5am. really stinkin’ early. we are heading to vera cruz then to an unknown place to do our ministry until we go to guatamala. this week has been amazing. the Lord has done so much. gary and andrew have been here talking to us and getting us ready to be released. they were prophesing over people and it was awsome. on thursday the Lord told me that i need to ask for the gifts that i wanted. so we broke for lunch and i started heading out the door because i was going to spend some time with the Lord. as i was walking out gary grabbed me and said where are you going and i said to go write in my journal. he smiled and i went to our room. i spent some time asking the Lord to help me to release the fears i have and praying for the gifts i desire. when i was younger a man prophesied over me that i would have the gift of healing so i have always desired that. also the Lord has always given me a desire to have the gift of tongues. so i wrote that stuff down in my journal, then went back to have lunch. that night andrew talked and he talk about how to get rid of fear and use it at a weapon against the enemy. and so i was like thank you Jesus you’re awsome. when he was done he asked if anyone wanted prayer and someone went up and he told us to get around them and pray. so we all did. when he was done praying for that person he said we needed to be praying for them. then he asked if anyone desired the gift of tongues and if they did to hold their hands out and recieve it. so i held out my hands. gary walked around and pray for a few other people first then he got to me and when he did it was amazing. he said that the Lord wanted to give me the gift of healing and it was something i had been asking for for a long time. so i recieved it. then i recieved the gift of tongues. i can’t even begin to describe how amaizing it is. the Spirit praying through me is amazing and i will never be the same. the Lord has been giving and giving and i am ready to go and give back to Him. in anyway that He leads me.
