If you ask anyone who knows me well, they will tell you that I am no salesman. I have definite thoughts, opinions, words of advice, but I generally won’t argue a point or bend over backward to convince you of my position. So, when it comes to fund raising, I find it a particularly challenging and interesting task. I am not the kind of person who finds it pleasurable to ask for other people’s money. But at this time, I find myself needing to ask for help, again, to complete the challenge before me.
Right now, I am still $200 short of being fully funded to serve in Ireland. I’m looking for 10 people who can give $20 each, or 4 people who can give $50 each, or 20 people who can give $10 each……you get the picture…..to put me over the mark and on a plane to Dublin. If you think a small donation is useless, or even offensive, I promise you it’s not. I used to think that. Then God called me to the World Race, and I got a year of first hand experience watching Him bless and stretch every dollar in ways I never anticipated for me and so many others around me. I will never think of giving the same way again.
Someone out there needs to hear the hope-filled truth that little is much when God is in it. If God is challenging you to give, don’t miss an opportunity to be a blessing and receive blessing for your faith and obedience to Him by partnering with me to bring God’s love to Ireland. He wants the best for you and so do I. To all my supporters, thank you! You are amazing.
