Twice this month, my team of 6 women got the opportunity to take a bus full of kids to Bible camp! Both times the bus was all decked out in color and designs and on the inside it was all equipped for Karaoke! Let me tell you, a 7-hour overnight bus ride with Thai Karaoke in the background most of the way can be quite the entertainment.
While at these camps it was our responsibillity to teach English to the kids and to just have fun and build relationships. I find it a bit difficult to know how to teach English to kids who I can’t communicate with very easily, but I have definitely learned a lot of ideas from my teammates. I especially learned a lot from the members of Bling I have been working with. They have done similiar ministries in the countries we have already been to, so they have had some practice!
Besides teaching the kids English and having fun, we did our best to convey to 
them that we serve the one, true God and that He loves them and wants them to follow Him as well. I can’t tell you with any certainty that that message got across to the kids or not. I can only say that we obeyed God’s call and planted the seed. God will have to supply the water and make it grow. I trust that He will do just that!
