Hello everyone! Just want to give you a little update about the last two months for me. First of all, I love it here in Costa Rica, and God has been doing some awesome things. I live in a house with over 50 people, and it’s honestly so fun, I love it. I’m on a team with all the guys and we do our ministry at a place called Project Abraham. It’s a church/school/day care and so much more. We work a lot in the flower beds with Luis the groundskeeper, and help maintain the beauty of their land. After we do a few hours of work we hang out with the kids there for an hour or so and play games and perform a skit. That is what our first month looked like, then we had debrief. Debrief was a time to reflect on the first month, catch up on sleep and rest, and have some fun. I had a blast and it was so fruitful. The two highlights were learning how to surf and sharing the gospel with a worker there named Jack. After debrief us guys served at a camp for a week in the mountains. It was awesome. We worked on making a trail connecting to camping areas and then when the kids got there we were “Camp counselors” which was a blast. We did mud obstacle courses, muddy games, normal games, swam, roller skated, and just had fun with them. I loved it. We’ve been back at the Abraham project for the last couple weeks, and it’s been great. This last week we’ve been working on phase 2, which is apartment for single mothers trying to get back on their feet. It’s so fun doing construction and helping them out with whatever. I love how they trust us so much helping them make these apartments.
That’s kind of a summary of what I’ve been up to these past couple months:)
Thanks you so much anyone who has supported me, I wouldn’t be here without you. God bless you
