Ever since I started telling people I was going on the World Race, I received all sorts of reactions once I told them what it was and what I was doing. “That’s awesome!”    “Good for you.”    “I’m jealous!”

Those responses are great to hear, but then I started to receive others not so uplifting. “Why would you do that?”   “That’s a waste of time.”   “It’s a lost cause.”   “Really?”   “You’re stupid.”    “You’re crazy!”

These responses I was not expecting from people. I try to break it down and explain it in a way that doesn’t sound crazy to them, but it never works. Wanna know why? Because it is crazy! Crazy according to the standards we live in today. We are supposed to live our own lives and help ourselves. We aren’t supposed to step out of that box and live our life for God. So when people say I’m crazy, I AM!!

I am crazy in love with God and He loves me like crazy and I will love others like crazy!

The reason why we seem crazy is because God called us to be different. To act differently from this world.

Romans 12:2

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Be Different! Be CRAZY! Be so in love with God that people call you crazy, it’s because they see something different in you.
