I live for moments & for days where you can step back & say “This is great”.
Whether it be the most simplest of instants where true beauty captures your eye, or a day in which through its mere existence you are happy. Times like these are priceless &, in my opinion, one of the true pleasures in life. Today was one of those days. During our rest day in Australia, some teammates, friends, & I ventured into Brisbane city. It was a perfectly cloudy day- one that provided cool shade & refreshing showers. It was the perfect company- filled with laughter & conversation. And it was the perfect feeling- one of contentment & fulfillment. I find myself using those words a lot lately with specific self-reference. And all I can say is I’m pretty OK with it.
