Today, I decided which countries I will be going to on the World Race! I am beyond excited! The countries I will be doing my mission in work will be Haiti, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, India, Nepal, Romania, Albania, Macedonia, and Serbia.

Why did I choose this route?

I chose this route for a couple of reasons. one reason is of course because of Haiti. My missions started in Haiti. I’ve been to Haiti 7 times and I will be going to Haiti 2 more times before the World Race. I just think it seems so cool to go on the 11 month mission trip with one of the counties I love so much. The other reason I picked this route is because when I was in my church’s youth group, we sponsored a kid from Zambia. Sadly, after a few years of sponsoring the child, she got very sick and ended up passing away. I would like to go to Zambia, because it’s a little more personable to me than some of the other countries.

I am also very excited to be going to the other countries as well. I keep going to Haiti, but Haiti is one of the places that thousands of missionaries go to. I know that God wants us to go all over the world, not just one place. There are more people that need to hear about Jesus. I can’t wait to be a part in serving in these countries!

“For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. But how can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who announce the gospel of good things!”
