Now that the new year is almost here, I am going full steam ahead with my fundraising and a few other resolutions. Some plans I have for my fundraising is of course the fund-letter, just a basic letter explaining a little about myself and what I am going to be doing, the other is a benefit dinner, a pie action and a silent action. Pie actions are really popular at my church!
I need to raise $16,500, the money I raise will cover the cost for the 11 month trip including meals, lodging, air, land, and sea travel, administravtive costs, set-up costs, coaching costs, and training camp cost. There are a few things not covered in this amount which is insurance, vaccinations, and training camp traveling costs but for these things I can raise for that as well.
Through this journey we are asked to completey trust in God and that he will provide, although I do believe that he will provide the other important part is to include others in this journey, that is where you come in, will you prayerfully consider supporting me over the next year and a half? Although finacially I do need help I also need the support through prayers, I can not do this alone and I will have hard times, no doubt about it.
