Definition of divine: of or pertaining to a God, especially the supreme being.
Definition of appointment: A meeting set for a specific time or place.
So what i get is a divine appointment is a meeting/encounter set up by God himself. I am writing this part 2 because i have had some interesting experiences recently.
When most people think divine appointment it seems to me they think someone giving you 50 grand in a lunch box. Or a gigantic miracle happens because you went to the store at the right time. I'm not saying these arn't divine, cause that stuff does happen, but i believe to many overlook the small things.
I Have had various things happen the past 3 months ish. All in one day i prayed for a homeless guy, gave another one some water, ran into a cult(i swear all the crazy ppl flock to me), and stumbled upon a homeless camp. these things are trivial to some but to me its God saying take time for the smaller things. I believe the bigger things happen when you can be trusted with the smaller things.
Remember, divine opportunity and appointments dont always show up as the wealthy philanthropist, sometimes there the guy in front of you at mcdonalds who is one buck shy of affording his meal, or its the slightly iniebriated guy who stumbled into church. Keep your eyes and heart open to the little things. thats al i got for now. peace- Jesse
