So, I am laying here watching Hairspray (the Zac Efron version of course J) and there is a scene where Tracy the main character says “I think I’ve kind of been in a bubble… thinking that fairness was gonna just happen. It’s not. People like me are gonna have to get up off their fathers’ laps and go out and fight for it.” And all I can think is YES! That’s kinda what the World Race is about.

Fighting for injustice, understanding, and those without a voice.

Using love as a weapon to create change one hug at a time. Washing windows, sweeping floors, or giving the shoes off your feet to show that we are all equal in God’s kingdom no matter where we were born or the color of our skin, or our social standings
.

Gandhi says “Be the change you want to see in the world” We can’t just sit around hoping that change will happen, we have to make it happen.

I was speaking to someone I just met today about the World Race and she says to me… “it is so refreshing to see a young person who is not just another spoiled American” and I really didn’t know how to respond… cause I am just that, a spoiled American, but I long for something much greater  I desire to break free from my spoiled ways.

Romans 12:2 (NLT) says “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

I am ready to break free from the chains of the world and allow God to transform me into a new person.

I need your help to accomplish this though, won’t you please join me in this campaign for change. Help me be a light in Gods kingdom. Let’s be transformed together.

I still need 12,700 to participate in this life changing opportunity. Remember the Lord blesses those who give for the greater good of the kingdom. Allow transformation to happen in your life.
