im sorry for being ashamed of you at times in the past
im sorry for never cleaning my room when you wanted me too
im sorry for making you stay up late cause you just wanted to make sure I got home safe
im sorry for all the times i forgot to call and tell you I had dinner plans
im sorry for my sucky attitude towards you at times

I love the way you accept me and God’s plan for my life
I love the way you love my friends and always welcome them
I love the way you selflessly cook for me even when you’re tired
I love the way you can always make me laugh with your witty statements
I love the way you always have my best interest at heart
I love the way you are willing to sacrifice anything for me
I love the way you have always loved me, no matter what
I can’t express how much I love you and am so thankful for you. You are truly the best grandma and mother a girl can have. I realized recently how I’m beyond blessed to me able to say I was raised by my grandma. I wouldn’t be the girl I am today without you in my life. Thanks for being my hero.
