“Sum up your training camp experience in a word or sentence.”

When asked this question, the first word that popped in my head, besides the “Wobble,” was movement

Movement happened in my life. I felt God raining down his love for me. I shouted at the top of my lungs longing for more of the Spirit in my life. I shed more tears that I have in years. I mourned things from the past that I had not fully given up. I moved my body in ways that I am still paying for, but I wouldn’t trade the pain for anything because the joy I experienced in those moments numbs any pain

Movement happened in my squad. We traveled together. Made sure each one was accounted for. We advocated for each other. We became unified, a family. We spoke truth into each others lives. We danced for our king and because of the joy He’s given us. And then we just flat out danced because thats what we do.

Movement happened in the spiritual realm. Healing’s happened. People started walking in freedom. Chains were broken. Lies were crushed and replaced with truth. Strongholds were broken. Songs were sung a little bit louder because people discovered their voices. After this week, Satan is scared shitless, and for good reason. There’s an army rising up

Overall, Training camp was a love movement. We fell in love with words like grace, feedback, community, no expectations because they will play a huge part in our year. We fell in love with the reality of our lives for the next year. We fell in love with each other and vowed to fight for each other. And we all fell deeper in love with our Father as we saw Him move and experienced Him on new levels. Can’t wait to see what He has in store for our 11 month long movement if our week long one was this good.
